Semester Holiday Project (Part 2)

Today I'm making Baked Potato~

I baked it since my mum suggested it to me  bcoz of the DAILY COOK show that we watched together last night. She say it is a famous meals in the hotel n very easy to make. Since I got nothing to do, so I make her wish comes true.(what a good daughter..puff)


THE INGREDIENTS:
-potatoes(as much as you want/depends on your baking tray volume)
-onions(doesn't mind big/small/red/ white onions)
-cream fresh(can substitute with mayonnaise if want it taste creamy or yogurt if want it taste sourry)
-milk
-cheese
-thyme
-black paper
-salt
-sugar
-(can add mushroom/carrot/zuchinni/whateveritis)

STEPS:
-start with peeling the potatoes skin.(be careful don't hurt your fingers coz i did it :( )
-then coated it with milk,cream fresh/mayonnaise/yougurt,thyme,black paper and salt
-put aside the potatoes first
-pan fry the onions together with sugar and salt until it turned brown
-preheat the oven
-put the layers of coated potatoes into the baking tray until half full then put the cheese
-then put the layers of caramelized onions on it
-after that put the remaining coated potatoes on the onions(fully covered below layer)
-pour the remaining coated ingredients into the baking tray
- then coated with cheese and sprinkle salt, black paper and thyme on it.
-then baked it on 150 degree oven for 40 minutes
-Finally, enjoy it~

tggu bdk2 area shah alam dah 3 jam,abs satu TS kiteorg tawaf. penat kot. after 3 hours, kiteorg g lunch+hightea kt Carls Junior( ok, jakun, first time mkn Carls Junior. Sentap gak bile bace menu ade bacon. tp bile teliti blk, rupe2 tulis chicken bacon) Pavillion.

Tpkn sebelum msk pavi ad berderet UNITED BEARS. aww comel. tp x tngkp gmbrla plak. Malas nk penuhkn memori phone.(ngong, harapkn Hasyir x upload2 pon. >o<)

then tgk movie, cite ape dah lupe dah tp bestla. cite psl nk terjun bangunan je, tp boleh jd satu cerita yg agk interestingla.

Then, jln2 pusing pavi,berteduh kt LOT 10 sbb mase ondeway balik hujan lebat gile. then smpt lg menyinggah Chatime tgh hujan lebat gile tu. pg TS blk then lepak Mcd jap pastu trus blk.Time blk aku jd tour guide Omaq ngn Hasyir, bangge siot.hahaha... =DDD..

Bunyi cam sedap je. first time aku dgr ayat ni mase filem era fazira ngn hans isaac kluar beberape tahun dahulu.

Ada gak tertimbul tanda tny apakah persona non grata itu? tp memandangkn mase tu rumah x de internet lg, so hasrat utk mencari maksud itu dilupakan.

then hari ini aku terbaca satu artikel tentang kematian WHITNEY HOUSTON yg menyebut perkataan persona non grata.

- ntahla, mayb sbb mak aku asyik dok ckp die teringin nk tgk bunge tulip kt sane kot.(haha, kalau aku bodek die ni, mayb boleh dpt kot =p)
